IIM's have not special kind of eligibility criteria.IIM's criteria is treated as CATs criteria.

You are eligible for MBA courses in IIM. Any undergraduate degree holder is eligible for the MBA courses of IIMs. But for this you have to appear for the Common Admission test(CAT) conducted by the IIMs. If you can score well in it then you can definitely get a desired course in IIMs.

CAT stands for Common Admission test and this examination is Conducted by IIM's every year and to apply for this examination .

Those candidate have above 50% in graduation are eligible for CAT exam. For SC/ST candidate this marks is decreased to 45% in graduation.

The admission into the IIMs is based on the percentile score of the CAT exam , GD and then PI.

Re: Eligibility criteria to get admission in IIM-Ahmedabad?

One can get admission in IIM Ahmedabad through Common Admission Test (CAT):

    Eligibility for CAT:-

    # Graduation with minimum aggregate of 50%

10th and 12th marks are not covered in eligibility criteria.

But practically 10th marks, 12th marks, graduation marks and CAT written marks are all important to get interview call.

You may expect interview call from IIMA if you score above 99.5 percentile as your 10th and 12th marks are low.
