if you have join or want to do job then you can do distance education in MCA.
if you will do not job then there is no any value of MCA distance.
MCA stands for Master in computer application.
this is a post graduation.
according to me you have to do short term course then MCA.
because after short term course you can get job in that field.

these are some course you can choose any one.

Hai, friend,there is not a big different between distance & regular education.Today ,education is the only source to make money.In India universities affiliated by UGC can provide the regular study in the state or given area,if they provide the degree.Out side the state then it is called distence mode degree.For this they have to get affiliation from Distence Education Council(DEC).

Most of the working people like you,prefer distence mode.But the only think is that you should choose a university which offers distence education has UGC,AICTE,and DEC recognition for its course.

If you want to do mca through correspondance then u do in IGNOU but i suggest u to choose a regular degree
Age is not barrier for education so better u do regular MBA

Distance learning program in India are yet to get a significant visibility in India and add little value if you are not a govt / psu employee as for them, they get one additional increment.but for people who are in private sector,apart from some knowledge gain,distance learning MBA program give little benefit as it has no placement program or low peer interaction and hence poor networking opportunity.

As per the latest rule prepared for the eligibility for taking Admission in MCA is that your age should not be above 21 years.
Although this rule is basically prepared and followed by the Deemed universities and autonomous colleges which offers MCA .

However there are still a chance for you to take admission in top colleges for MCA even if you are of above 21 years.
Some of them are:-

>>JAWAHARLAL NEHRU UNIVERSITY,NEW DELHI.
>>BENARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY,VARANASI.
>>ISLAMIA MUSLIM UNIVERSITY.
>>KALINGA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,ORISSA.
>>ACHARYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,BANGALORE.
>>JIWAJI UNIVERSITY ,GWALIOR.

These are the above listed universities/colleges in which you will able to take admission in MCA even if you are above 21 years.
But for this you will have to appear for the Entrance exam conducted by these universities/Institutions and you will have to score good marks in order to get pass in this exam.

The software companies mostly hire freshers whose age should not exceed above 28 years,so you will be eligible for getting jobs in Software companies.

It is totally depend upon you that you want to do MCA from regular course or through Distance learning.
One thing you will have to keep in mind that from wherever you will do this course,your MCA degree should be approved from AICTE and if you are going to do this course through distance learning then your degree should be approved from the DEC so that in future you can also apply for the government jobs.

If you want to do MCA through distance mode then there are various famous universities which offers this course with less fee structure are:-

>>PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY.
>>SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY.

But I will suggest you that if you do not have financial problems then you should go for doing this course through Regualr Mode.It will easily provide you jobs in software companies after completing your course through Campus Placements.

I am doing BCA from Sikkim Manipal University through distance education and I want to do MCA with same university (distance). Will I get difficulties in getting job in good companies?

BCA 2 year of exprience in the field of JAVA,but the salary is not so good that I can survive,what to do now I want to shift another company but no one hiring BCA candidate?
