Will my 12th marks(46%) effects my career in IT industry or not? Mention few companies which will not bother much about 12th and which offers jobs after completing MCA?

Hi guys,
I am looking out to build a good career in the IT industry. My only problem is i have got just 46% in 12th std. But after this i did my BCA and have scored around 60%. Now i am planning to go for an MCA. My question is will my 12th std marks effect my career and interviews? I am very good in my communication skills and in cracking interviews. Ny ways i am very confused and worried about my 12th marks. Can you guys also suggest me a few companies i can try after MCA ?

i have got 59.6% in 12th standard, but in 10th nd b.tech got 60% above . so my 12th class % effect my carrier???
