Will improvement mark-sheet of 12th (CBSE) affect my opportunities in future?

not at all..improvement test itself says better than earlier test..final marks sheet contains best of the 2 scores i.e earlier or improvement marks)

so in the marks sheet there would never be written any kind of indication that this candidate had appeared or wrote improvements test.

not to worry ..

apply for the exam..they will consider best of two..when you are thinking to appear another time as improvement then do it much better way i.e make your efforts more harder then earlier before.
