IITs provides full tuition fee concession on the basis of Merit & financial condition of students, besides there are other many scholarships are available like Alumni Donar scholarship, Loan schlrshp etc.

surely you can have a scholarship after cracking IIT-JEE but for that you have to really study hard
and score good marks in IIT.Even banks are also there to help those guys and lent them educational
loans on a very small interest rate.And those who are financially not strong are also given some financial
help by their colleges for example Alumni Donar scholarship, Loan scholarship etc.
