Will I get job in PSU after scoring only 59.3% in B.E and AIR 8 in GATE?

hello
I have completed my engineering degree B.E. with 59.3% marks.I desperately want to work in a PSU. I have got a gate rank of AIR 8. Can i get placed in a PSU ?
