You are right but this eligibility criterion is not same for all companies but there are also some companies which are recruiting the 55% marks candidate.

I will suggest you to go for higher study because only after 12th class you have limited options to make a career. If you will do graduation then you have more scopes. So according to your interest or stream you should take admission in higher classes.

After 12th you can apply for bank clerk, defence services, railway, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Genpact etc.

    Dear friend,
What type of job you want after 12th?
You should not think about job at this stage, you should continue your study.First do graduation then you will gt a lot of option for job.

But if you really want to do job right now, then you can apply for ARMY .Army recruits soldiers after 12th.You can apply for that.

    Procedure:
1.Candidate should be a Indian citizen.

    2.Candidate should be between 18-23.

3.Candidate should have 12th pass certificate of any stream.

Army used to do recruitment from everywhere in India, from every state.

Salary is also good.Initially you will get around 13,000 Rs.

Or you can get job in BPO sector if you have good communication skills.

Re: Will I get a job or not after scoring 65% in 10th and 55% in 12th?

Yes off course you would get a job even after scoring 65%in10th standard and 55%in higher secondary.
There is no need to feel dejected or disappointed if you have not scored high in higher secondary as well as 10th standard. Many students who were not very good at academics
have achieved great success in their lives. You would be surprised to know that many great personalities of various fields were not very good at academics and then also they reached
to the top most levels of the hierarchy. So, would suggest you to now give adequate attention on your studies and try to score a very good percentage at your graduation and post graduation levels.

Apart from that I would like to list some very important points for the overall growth of your personality which would prove very much beneficial in gettinga job as
well for the efficient development of your personality. These points can be explained as follows:
    1)Physical activity-
A person must try to balance his or her physical health if he or she wants to develop his or her personalty. You must be fit as well as healthy as many companies search for
employees that are not only knowledgeable people but also who are physically fit so that they can work for their organisation in an effective manner. No company wants such a employee
who is though being intelligent is not healthy as much that he can work for the organisation.

    2)Communication skills-
You would be surprised to know that even good communication skills are also required in professions such as army or navy. So, from the beginning onwards you must try to
develop your communication skills as they are required in every field for making a successful career. Many companies select candidates that can communicate very well as
bad communication can prove a major hurdle in the organisation as it is the base for every important process such as decision making, execution of plans, etc.

3)Apart from that there are many skills and personality traits which are required for getting a good job. For example- leadership qualities, decision making skills, staying calm even
in bad conditions, soft skills, management skills, etc. So, you must try to develop all of these traits as they can prove very much helpful in getting a good job.

look,, its true that big brand companies like infosys, IBM, HCL had set a criteria of above 60% or 65% but there are a lot of other companies that seek for your knowledge, your project work, your practicle understanding.., you jst opt your field(science or comm) and then try to work on real time projects and industrail training projects., an eg of training is by HP(in case of eng or bca/mca)..
they give you technicle understanding and give you project work which enhances your personal skills and THUS increases your chances to get a good job irrepestive of less marks.......

yes you can apply for jobs with this percentage. but some companies need minimum 60% in your acedemics. For applying for IT companies you need at atleast 60%. you can apply for BPO companies who need maximum of 50% in your acedemics. if you have problem with IT companies due to percentage areas than opt for government jobs who asks atleast 55% in your acedemics. so dont worry you will get job in good companies with that percentage.

Re: Will I get a job or not after scoring 65% in 10th and 55% in 12th?

    It is little bit tough.
    But you will get,
As now days Some banks exam required only percentage of graduation.
So in my opinion if you do better in graduation at least you have to attain minimum of 60% marks in order to give any exam.,Either it is Civil Service exam or Either it is banks exam.
Now days banks exam are one of the source which gives lots of jobs to candidates.
So now work hard in your graduation and then apply for banking sector exam and try to crack any one.
As you can not apply for Banks on the basis of your 12th marks so you need to score better marks in graduation.

Re: Will I get a job or not after scoring 65% in 10th and 55% in 12th?

You can definitely get a job. You were unable to secure first class in 12th.
So there will be some companies where you will not be able to apply for job.
The percentage of 12 th will matter only in the case of some software companies
like TCS, Wipro and infosys where they require a candidate to have secured a first
claa or 65% throughout 10th, 12th and engineering.
Now after 12th, if you go for engineering, and you secure a good aggregate
percentage in your engineering course say 70%. Even after securing this much you will
not be able to apply in TCS or Infosys or Bosch. However most of the companies are only
concerned with your percentage in engineering course.Like if you secure a aggregate of
65%in engineering then you are eligible to apply for trainee engineer posts in Public
sector undertakings like NTPC, BHEL, SAIL, ONGC etc. as they have set a eligibility criterion
of minimum 65% in the engineering degree.
So don't worry about what will happen when you go into job market but try to focus on your
graduation degree and try to secure a good aggregate percentage in degree to counter the
less score in 12 th. All the best.

    Dear friend,

you have the knowledge about the companies provided criteria and you have not done 60% in your 12th class,

this will be create some problems for you, but don't take tension.

you can go for the small companies and get the good experience and then you go for the best companies.

so please improve the communication skills for the interview from now.

    best of luck.

Re: Will I get a job or not after scoring 65% in 10th and 55% in 12th?

Yes Some MNC companies like Tcs,Infosys,Hcl,Hp have requirment related to percentage and you should have 60% above percentage in 10th and

12th both.So if you dont have 60% above than its very hard for you to get a job in MNC companies. But nothing to worry. You can get a good job in

other companies who dont have any percentage criteria. If you have the ability and if you have knowledge about your field than you can get a good

job in any company. The most important thing is you should have knowledge and skills which can helpful to get a good job.So you should apply for a

job in company. You can get a good job.

    All the best.
