dear , it is difficult to say you because you dint mentioned your state or district , with my experience MBA seats are quite few you have to get merit ranks for qualify , if not you can go for payable seats , many universities are providing payable seats so you can appear for that,

Yes, you will be having chance to get MBA seat after getting 103289 Rank in Icet entrance test.If it is before three years absolutely no chance to get seat with this rank.as per to days information, you will be having more chances to get seat because lot of people are just attempting the entrance test but they are not going for MBA due to their own problems and due unavailability of Fee-Reimbursement in Andhra Pradesh.Government is not providing Reimbursement within given time so colleges managements are making pressure on candidates to pay immediately.

So by seeing all this things, most of the candidates who are depending on scholarships provided by Government they are not going for MBA course and some people are going for Business schools.

First you try in counselling 90% you will be having chance to get seat in MBA course but you will get seat in new and ordinary colleges.
