Mathematics is indeed a great subject. It is having lots of importance. It is useful in almost all career fields. Later during your graduation and masters you would get to know the importance of maths. All fields use mathematics, without mathematics there is nothing. It is having great importance in engineering, banking. Computer graphics and modeling needs lots of mathematical equations. Finance and accounts is wholly depends on mathematics. You should have good maths base to solve accounts question. Math is very interesting and exploring subject which is having no limit. If you want to work in maths you should have maths. Math is even must to do MCA course. Math is compulsary for many courses after 12. You should opt maths in 10+2. It would open some more opportunities to you after your 10+2.

guys mathematics in +1 & +2 is very important in your graduation courses.
you should have a better command over it as it is the base for higher studies.
e.g the knowledge about sets, functions, permutations and combinations etc are just inevitable.

jToday every where one engineer is required whether it is of small work,day by day the demand of engineers is increasing so obvious there is something importance of Maths due to which today 70% students like to opt Maths group in 11th standard.If you are not interested in Mathematics then you can go for Biology stream.Biology is a medical stream,it have a lot of opourtunites in future.If you want to pursue science stream but not interested in Maths then go for Biology stream.

Many have fetch some very good jobs after doing these courses.

These are offer to commerce students if they have maths in your 11th and 12th.

You have done quite a delay in your studies.

if you are good in maths than you can still prepare it.

To calculate your paycheck and determine how much you need to pay tax.

Of course that counts for every proffession.

But in advertising it is more important because you need to calculate statistics and determine dominant markets for your product.
