Re: Why girls are not allowed to write NDA Exam? Give me the justification for your answer?

Nice Question, But its true that Girls are not eligible to apply for NDA Examination after completing 12th examination. Girls are only enter into Defence through CDS Examination.

NDA is only for unmarried male candidates between the age of 16.5 to 19 years.

Girls are not eligible for NDA Because in this age girls are generally physically weak as compared to boys.

In NDA, Generally boys are preferred because of good Physical Health, To join NDA is not easy because you have to passed tough medical test, written test and personal interview. The training of NDA Candidates are also very tough, So all these are the reason, thats why the girls are not allowed for NDA. Only Unmarried Male candidates may apply for National Defence Academy examination to Join any one of the Wings :

    >> Army Wings
    >> Naval Wings
    >> Air Force Wings.

So, If your aim is to Join Defence services, then please complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised university and then apply for CDS Examination.

CDS Examination is also conducted by UPSC Twice in a year and girls are eligible to apply for OTA (Officers training Academy). To apply for OTA, Your age should between 19 to 25 years, No upper age relaxation is applicable for any Candidates.

So you can apply for CDS Examination after completing your Graduation degree course form a recognised University, Final year appearing candidates are also apply for CDS Examination.

You are also eligible to apply for these examinations after completing your Graduate degree course.

    >> University Entry Scheme (UES)
    >> NCC special Entry Schem for women
    >> SSC non-tech women
    >> SSC tech women

If you have completed your Graduate degree course with maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects, then you are eligible to apply for University Entry Scheme.

So, After completing your Graduate degree course, you are eligible for Many examinations and there are lots of ways to enter into Defence Services.

So please complete your Graduation and then apply for these examinations as per your Eligibility because you are not eligible to apply for NDA Examination, So please complete your graduation degree course and then you are eligible to apply for Defence and for more information please check previous year notifications.

GIRLS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR NDA EXAMS NDA stands for National Defence Academy.NDA is conducted every year twice a time called as NDA-I and NDA-II.Neha as you put the question that why girls are not allowed for NDA so i would like to inform you we are not NDA officers who will give you the justification of it,our work is to just provide you a information and solution regarding your career. It is the fact that girls are not allowed only the male candidates are allowed. There are several nda aspirants who aspire to become nda officers but as the barrier made by nda officers that girls are not allowed it may be because of tough training which is applicable for male candidates only.If there is restriction made so there may be some valid reason.Above reason may be one from it.If you want to make your career in civil service then you can go for army,IAS,IPS,etc. So Neha now there is a lot of way for you.Good luck.
