    Why does most of the companies prefer Experience of the candidate rather than their ability(Education) to do work?

    hello friends
    when you have lot education why our companies prefer experience.

    Hello friend,
    Do not be in a dilemma that companies only require an experience, a candidate with appropriate qualifications and some experience shall be welcomed at more rates.
    Experienced candidates are the one who are aware the atmosphere that is present in organisations so that it shall be easy for them to mingle with people easily and go on doing work in easier and simpler ways.
    Educational qualifications only give a partial fulfillment for an job to know the basics of the nature of work they carry on with but behaving with people with humanity resources can only be gained through experience that's the reason why experience play a major role.

    Hello friend !!


    Not more companies, only Some of the Companies Prefer Experienced Candidates.


    The Reason Behind preferring Experienced Candidates is :

    For a Fresher Candidate, the Company itself need give the Training about the work.

    And at the mean time, the Candidate need to be paid a Salary.

    For this, the Company will be wasting its time and also the amount for Training period.

    The Training will be min of 3 months in any of the Company.

    Due to this reason, the Companies will Prefer the Experienced Candidates.

    And do not worry much about this, because only some of Top Companies is following this type of Practice.

    But you have the opportunity in all the remaining companies which are hiring freshers.

    NOTE :

    If a company recruiting 400 members in a Year, then out of 400,

    300 will be Freshers and
    Only 100 will be Experienced Candidates.

    The top MNC companies in India are :




    Microsoft , Intel , Coca-Cola , Sony , IBM , Wipro ,
    General Electric , Nike , Citigroup , Accenture , Satyam , Nokia , Toyota ,
    IBM , Cognezent , Infosys , Reliance , TCS , HCL , Deloitte , BHEL , etc ,.
