Eligibility for clerk:

Educational qualification :
You must complete your Intermediate or Hsc or Any degree from any recognized university.
You must secure 50% of marks from graduation.
You must secure 55% of marks from Intermediate or HSC..

Age Criteria :
Your age should in between 18-28 years.The upper age limit will be applicable for ST/SC/OBC candidates.

Others :
You must have the basic knowledge on computers.

Since you are 12th pass and not a graduate so government jobs are definitely not your destination or your option. If you want government jobs then you must complete your graduation degree. You can either go for B.Com or BA honors degree in any specialization to be able to sit for government examinations held every year.
Now, if you decide that right now further education is not your destination and you definitely want a job, then BPO jobs are best for you. There are companies like IBM, Wipro who are very famous for their call center jobs and can definitely be your dream destination. This will be a client end job and you will be solving client queries as and when come to you. You have to be profoundly good in English communication skills, for this job. If you take a night shift job then sometimes companies offer you free transportation. You have to be thorough with the area you will be helping your clients with. Because the clients would fast job from you and if you falter in it or be slow then you won't be promoted.
