    When is the next IBPS Exam?

    i wanted to know when the next exam of ibps will be ?can you give me the some ideas of it after novemeber 2011.

    Important Dates:

    CWE Clerical Pre-Examination Training Call Letter: Check after 1st November

    CWE Clerical Call Letter Download: Check After 14th November

    IBPS CWE (Common written Examination) test: November 27, 2011(Sunday)!!!


    Exam pattern for Clerks:

    You can take IBPS clerk test in Hindi/English language.
    Each question carries one mark and there is negative (1/4) marking
    After Exam,IBPS will be given a scorecard if you are qualified in CWE.
    It will be valid for one year from the date of issue of the scorecards.

    Validity of CWE Score Card:
    Score Cards issued by IBPS will be valid for one year from the date of issue of the Score
    Card.

    Cut-Off for clerk exam:
    The cut-off points will be decided based on the average
    Average – ¼ Standard Deviation for General category
    Average – ¾ Standard Deviation for Reserved Category(BC,SC/ST)


    If you want to attempt Bank Clerk Posts then,
    - You should have completed atleast 10th with 60% or Inter with 50% or Any degree from a recognized University. Online application registration: August 25 – Sep 24, 2011.
    IBPS CWE (Common written Examination) test: November 27, 2011.


    Eligibility for Clerk posts:

    • Your age should be between 18-28 years.
    • You must me a citizen of India.
    • You should have min.60% in tenth OR
    • min.60% in your Inter OR pass in degree from any recognized University of India.

    Strategy of IBPS Clerk exams:

    Test of Reasoning:

    This section consists of verbal and non-verbal questions. It will have questions from

    Analogies, visual memory, figure classification, relationship concepts, judgment, similarities, number series, differences etc. It will also focus on student’s abilities to solve abstract ideas, arithmetical computation etc.

    Test of English Language:

    In this section candidates knowledge in English would be tested. There will questions based on grammar, sentence correction, opposites, usage, synonyms, comprehension etc

    Test of Numerical Ability:

    This area is mainly based on arithmetical problems, fractions, decimals, whole numbers etc. It will not deal with any complicated arithmetical problems.

    Test of General Knowledge and General Awareness:

    This section aims on your aptitude and accuracy.
    You have to mainly deal with questions related to differences and similarities between figures, numbers or names.
    It will also cover topics like abbreviations, filing, indexing etc.

    IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and it will conducts the Common Written Examination for the Post of Clerical And Bank PO Every Year Twice in a year.

    For this Bank PO CWE was already completed and The Clerical examination will be held on 27/Nov/2011.

    The last date of apply for IBPS Clerical examination was already Over, And If you have missed the chance this year then please apply for IBPS Examination Next year. If you have already applied then please prepare for this examination according to the pattern and syllabus, Purchase some best books form the market and keep practice regularly, only then you will be able to cracked this examination.

    To apply for Bank Clerical examination, you have to satisfied any one of the eligibility :

    >> You have to complete your 10th examination with minimum 60% Marks from a recognised Board.

    OR

    >> You have completed your 12th examination with minimum 50% Marks.

    OR

    >> You have to passed in your Graduation form a recognised University.

    To apply for IBPS Clerical examination, Your age should between 18 to 28 years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.

    If you have completed your Graduate degree course, then you are also eligible to apply for IBPS Bank PO Examination. But for this you have to attained the age of 20 years and not attained the age of 30 Years. Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.

    So, If you have missed the IBPS Examination this year, then please apply for this examination Next year, The validity of Score card valid for 1 Year.

    IBPS Examination Pattern :



    >> There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Test. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate 1/4 th. So please give answers of those, in which you have fully confident, other wise you loose your Marks.

    Application form Cost of IBPS :

    >> Rs 50 for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
    >> Rs 450 for all others.

    Mode of Payment :

    >> Online
    >> Offline.

    If you pay the fees offline, then You have to give Payment of Fees through NEFT enabled branches of the 19 Public Sector Banks.

    But If you apply Online, then you have to pay the fees by Master card/Debit Card or through net banking. So please choose the mode of payment as per your Convineience.
