In a country like India, Judiciary System receives equal importance as that of the Government. So the Legal Study and Profession enjoy a superior status in our country.

Almost all verdict regarding the courses and profession in law is controlled and monitored by the Bar Council of India, BCI.

This has a major role in making the Law program consistent as well as adaptable to this present scenario. They introduce timely changes and necessary programs into the legal curriculum and thereby ensuring the quality in the legal education sector.

According to the latest press release by the Bar Council of India, the third All India Bar Exam (AIBE) will be held on January 8, 2012.

The registration for the third AIBE will open from October 7, 2011 and the same will be closed on December 7, 2011.

Application forms are available with State Bar councils and also online registration is possible.

dear AIBE(all india bar examination )will assess capabilities at a basic level,and it was providing oppertunties for admission into the practise of law in india,you have to prove analytical abilities and basic knowledge of law.
eligibility criteria
you must have a graduate from the year 2009-2010 to clear the AIBE examination.if you are an advocate than you have to enrol as an advocate under section 24of the advocates act,1961 not only that you have to submit suitable proof of th enrolment along with the application form for the all india bar examination.
you have to pay rs.1,300 as fees to appear for the all india bar examination for reeving materials.
if you are an advocate yo have to pay rs.700 for attempting more nmber of times

you have to read twenty subjects for this exam,as the syllabus consists of 20 subjects and these subjects are divided into two categories:
there will be 7 questions and 3 questions from the category -1 and 4 questions from the category -2.

• constitutional law,
• contract law,including specific relief ,special contracts,and negotiable instruments.

• criminal procedure,
• drafting,pleading and conveyancing,

• jurisprudence,
• professional ethics and the professional code of conduct for the advocates ,
• property law,

category -2

• administrative law,
• company law,
• environmental law,

• labour and industrial law,
• law of tort,including motor accidents ,and consumer protection law,
• principles of taxation law,
• public international law,

the exam will be in 9 languages

• Hindi,
• english,
• Bengali,
• Gujrathi,
• Oriya,
• Telugu,
• Marathi
• Kannada,
• and Tamil.

all india bar examination will consists of 100 multiple choice questions spread across various subjects.
you have to marks the correct answer in the OMR sheet.
the January exam was already completed and you have to wait for the November term exam which will be announced soon.
