>> And If you are Interested to apply for NET/SET Examination, Then for this you must have to completed your Post Graduation degree Course and Must have scored minimum 55% marks form a recognised University.

The NET Examination was Held in June and in December every year, and If you are Interested in NET Examination, then please apply for the December NET examination and the Notification of DEC NET Examination was Published in the official website soon in Next month i.e on September. The examination fees of NET was Rs 450 and you have to pay the fees as a challan form in any SBI Branch and then you are eligible to fill the online application form by visit the UGC website.

But you can apply for SET Examination Because the Notification of SET Examination was updated in the official website, And if you have completed your post graduation, then you are apply for SET Examination, Please check the SET Important Dates -

>> Online Form Submission Starts - 17th AUGUST, 2011
>> Last Date of Online submission - 14th SEPTEMBER, 2011
>> Last Date of Hard Copy Submission - 20th SEPTEMBER, 2011
>> Date of examination - Sunday, 27th NOVEMBER 2011.

There is no age eligibility to apply for Lectureship Post, But to apply for JRF (Junior research fellowship) then your age not be more than 28 years.

>> So, you can apply for SET Examination because SET Examination Notification was already availiable in the Official website and after 17th you can fill the application form, But you have to wait for the NET december 2011 examination Notification.
