i just graduated,result is awaited,want to do MA in pol sc through correspondence.When is the date for form

i had passed 11 subject out of 12 in B.A. (Pass) Course from Delhi University. By any circumstances i could not complete one subject. Can i still complete my 1 subject now please answer me.
