the question lacks which university result you are asking for, & which B.Sc course Honours or programme course.

bachelor f science is an degree course and its duration of the course is 3 years , it was highly demanded and valuable course you must select the specialization like,
physics, chemistry, mathematics, computers,animation , designing,etc......
after compleating the b.sc degree you can do the course like m.sc .
dear the result for the b.sc second year not yet released .
you have to wait few more days as the result is announce you will get the information from your college ,
