It is quite sure your AIR is above 90,000.
And now talking about your State Rank your State rank about 400-500 in Himachal Pradesh.
If you belonging to SC/ST category then you have chances of getting NIT Hamirpur.
But if you belonging to general category then you can look for Private colleges Like
Green Heels college of engineering
Lovely Professional university
Baddi University
Chitkara university.

well dear the exact state rank will be given along the AIR.As your marks are very less,I think that you will not get the seat through AIEEE but don't loose hope.You can get seat outside your state as pther colleges have some seats reserved for the state outsiders.But you should have to apply there as soon as possible because the students from all over india may try to get the seat in that college as state outsider.Best of luck...
