Nobody can give you a correct answer to the question.
Even if one gives an answer to this question of yours, it would surely be out of his/her own experience.
That may/may not be true for you.

The job prospects, minimum pay scale, etc are dependent on various attributes.

The B-School one does one's MBA from (An MBA HR graduate from IIM would definitely fetch more pay scale than average college HR students) also decides one's pay scale.
But you really cannot compare between two almost equal (average) B-Schools in terms of Pay scale fetched by it's students.

It also depends on the work experience of the student.
If the student has worked in the same field under the same subject/expertise, one may get more pay scale.

It also depends on the economic condition of the nation at that time.
During an economic slowdown, pay scale would certainly be lesser.

And lastly it depends on the Live Projects and various additional/ correspondent courses that one does during one's MBA tenure.

It also depends on one's academic performance during MBA.

    All the best!!!

    MBA in Human Resource Management

    Remuneration:

    1. HR managers, as a general MBA graduate get around Rs. 20000 to Rs. 30000 starting salary per
month particularly in the private sector but in the public sector, the salary maybe lower.

    2. The payscale is decided based on the applicant’s qualifications, abilities and experience. HR graduates at a senior level with substantial experience and skills may get salaries over Rs. 35000 to Rs. 60000 per month.

The median salary for people working in this capacity is approximately 300,000 to 400,000 lack per year. It means you will get salary around 25 k to 30 k Per month as a fresher, if you placed in top companies.

    Well my friend,
Graduates of HR MBA Programs are in demand and HR MBA salaries are potentially above-average. The Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources qualifies an individual to work in a number of different types of organizations. The highest HR MBA salaries will be earned by people working in Human Resources departments of healthcare organizations and financial institutions. While a person holding an MBA in HR can work for a state or federal government department or agency or a non-profit organization, compensation for these types of positions is lower than what a grad can expect to earn in the private sector.

It could range very drastically from institute to institute and individual to individual . It depends on the organization where you got the opportunity. It also depends if you are placed on-campus or off-campus.
If you are placed on-campus , then obviously you will earn more than if you are placed off-campus.
Still at an average if you have done MBA from an A-Level School then its around 6lakhs p.a. as staring salary ,otherwise it would be 2.5 lakh p.a. for the first year of training.

    REGARDS!!!!!!!!!!!
