What will happen If I cannot attend my Diploma(Mech) 4th Sem Exam theory and practical?

you will back in these subjects but not to worry after finish your exams you may apply for back paper and
you can clear your back papers

Your absence will be treated as failure and you have to appear for the supplementary exam.

I don't know why you are not writing the examination of final semester in Diploma,
But if you won't write the exams you will not get the final certificate and your previously studied semesters are of no use seriously.
Do attend your exams first in any situation.
If you have Missed the exams , go for supplementary now, at least you will get the certificate and it will better for your future.

You got the result as absent. You have to write your semister exams in supplementary exms, for practical exams you have to go for your affiliated university

As you are unable to attend your 4Th semester final theory and practical exams,so in your result,then column in which subjects marks are displayed,it will displayed by "A" symbol,which means you were Absent during the Examination.

You don't need to worry a lot,you can give that Exam in the next Semester Examinations and by full preparation you will easy clear that Subject.

It is always mandatory for you to attend your Exam at every cost,because submitting a leave for absent is not Entertained by every State Board of Technical Education.If you get reappear in any subject then it is very difficult to clear it,due to your current exams and moreover it also affects your overall % of Diploma course.

So,you must give your Theory and Practical exams,it is a necessity.

If you will not appear in your 4th sem. Examination theroy and parctical than you should have to study again the 4th syllabus and have to give the examination next time.
OR if you have some serious problem than your institute manage with your problem and allow you for giving next time.
So dear do not take it easy be carefull towards your study and try to give your examwhen ever it held.
Dont take risk otherwise it will very difficulty in your further studies of diploma.
