After completion you B.Tech CSE with 57.9% and you mention that programming is your weak point then you can try in website development courses or networking courses

if you score less percentage in graduation(CSE) dont worry.join best institute and do courses in summer like advance java,php ete 2 enhance your technical knowlwdge and from that institute you can get job dirctly.you can prepare for govt exam also if you are completing their qualifing criteria

You can do higher studies i.e, post graduation courses or you can do any animation courses or any testing courses.this has high scope in computer field.Web designing also has the good scope. You can also do that too.

I did B.Tech (IT) in the yr 2010,now i wanna go for further studies...is it better to do MBA in US or MS? and MBA in which category? How is the future for MBA in Tourism Management in USA?

as you have less score in your UG and also weak in programming, you can prefer doing some courses related to hardwares and networking.
those fields will be new and interesting to you. do that course and upon completion of that you can get good jobs in those field.
as your score is less you cannot apply for top MNCs because for freshers they consider UG marks and overall aggregate so start your career with some small company and then try for top MNCs with your experience.

if you got less parentage in the degree then don'worry, you have many options. you can go for the higher studies like m.tech. m.tech is a post graduation course after the b.tech.

you have to do hard work for the preparation of the GATE examination and score well. if you do well in the GATE exam then you will get the IIT level college.

you can do more many things like the java course and j2EE etc. also you have to improve the communication skills which will be helpful for you in the future.

M-TECH :- You must be cleared the GATE exam some institute provide M-TECH without gate score.

You dont have good percentage so its very difficult for you to get a job in MNC companies because MNC companies have some basic criteria for

percentage.You should have 60% above if you want to go for MNC company.But nothing to worry.You should do work on your programming.There

There are many programming languages are present.So you can choose any one of them.You should have knowledge about basic languages which
