    my friend for any bank PO exam u have to be atleast 21 to 30 years of age ans atleast a 10+2 holder with not less than 60% marks or a graduate with not less than 55% marks in the same from any discipline....
    also the PO exam is held in three sections :

    the prelim exam:
    it is of 3 hours written test with the following topics:
    i) Reasoning Ability Test, ii) Quantitative Aptitude, iii) General Awareness/Computer Knowledge, iv) English Language

    also there will be main exam after this exam for the qualifiers consisting of a 2 hours paper:
    i) Test of Reasoning

    ii) Data Analysis and Interpretation

    iii) Marketing Knowledge

    iv) Test of English Language

    also it will be followed by an inteview ok....all the best....

    Your Question not clear...you not which type of banks.

    For Bank Clerk examination,for this examination the candidate must have finished 12th from a recognized board or equivalent qualification and the candidate must secure at least 50-60% marks in their examination and some banks prefer only graduate candidates,The candidate age should between 18 yrs to 28 yrs of age at the time of appearing and age relaxation exist as per govt rules.

    The eligibility criteria is differ from bank to bank.

    Selection procedure of Bank clerks :-

    The selection will be through written test as well as interview.

    The written test will be Objective and Descriptive type.The written test will include Objective tests in reasoning,English,Quantitative Aptitude,Marketing & Computer and Description Test in English Composition

    After clearing the written test the candidate call for the interview.

    For Bank PO examination,for this examination the candidate must have finished graduation from a recognized board or equivalent qualification and the candidate must secure at least 50-60% marks in their examination and even final year of a candidate may also eligible,The candidate age should between 21 yrs to 30 yrs of age at the time of appearing and age relaxation exist as per govt rules.

    After clearing the written test the candidate call for the group discussion as well as interview.

    Hi my dear friend please mention which post details are you asking clerk or po exam . Please mention that . i will try to give detail about the particular post .

    The eligibility of the banks exam is the candidate should be passed in under graduation with good percentage of marks in recognized university . The age limit of the candidate should be 21 to 28 years , the relaxation period is given to the sc/st, obc and handicapped candidate . The candidate should be have knowledge in computer course .

    Details of bank exam pattern :


    1)Objective Test Pattern :
    Test of Reasoning Ability
    Test of English Language
    Test of Numerical Ability
    Test of Clerical Aptitude

    2) Descriptive Test Pattern
    Socio - Economic Development
    Communication Skill

    The candidate should face three test namely written test , group discussion , interview .

    After written and group discussion there will call for personal interview . In interview there should check your talent and english fluency . There can ask question like general knowledge and subject related .

    friend,

    The Bank of India Recruitment for General Banking Officers(Probationary Officers) is conducted ever year.

    Written test Pattern Objective Test - Duration of exam is 2 hours

    1)Test of Reasoning Ability ->100 questions 150 marks
    2)Test of Quantitative Aptitude -> 50 questions 75 marks
    3)General Awareness on current issues -> 50 questions 75 marks

    Total -> 200 questions 300 marks

    Candidates has to score 40% in each objective test & average of 50% , to become eligible for selection. Negative mark of 1 mark will be given for every four wrong answers.

    Descriptive Test Duration of exam is 1 hour

    The descriptive test will have 5 questions (with internal choice) for 100 marks.The minimum qualifying marks in the descriptive test will be 50% & will be added to the marks obtained in the objective test of eligible candidates.

    For interview the number of candidates which are called are in the ratio of 1:3 means if one candidate is to be selected then they will call 3 candidate for interview.

    Bank Exams are conducted for to posts i.e) PO(probationary Officers) and Clerks
    for bank clerks exam u have written test followed by interview
    for PO exams u have written test followed by a group discussion and a interview.

    written test generally includes logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude,general knowledge and current affair
    gd and interview are basically to test your level of confidence, the way u speak , body language etc..
