Syllabus for TNPSC examination :-

General knowledge(Objective type) : General science, current events of national and international importance , history and culture of India, geography, Indian polity, Indian economy, Indian national movement and freedom struggle, mental ability tests and other related fields.

General Studies (Descriptive Type):-

Paper - I

Modern history of India and Indian culture
Current events of national and international importance
Statistical analysis , graphs and diagrams
Social problems and other current sensitive issues
Paper - II

Indian polity
Indian economy and geography of India
Role and impact of science and technology in the development of India
Tamil language, Tamil society, its culture and heritage
Tamil Nadu administration

TNPSC Group II Exam :

Every year the tamil nadu public service commission inviting the applications for various posts through group II exam at state govt of tamil nadu,apart from some posts are Subordinate and Ministerial Services etc;.

For writing the tamil nadu group II exam,required educational qualifications are you must completed the graduation from recognized university and here not required any percentage.

Here also required age limit as per govt rules that should be between 18-30 years and here age relaxation is available as per govt.

Selection Processor :

For various posts in different departments through group II exam,the selection processor is based on the written test and personal interview,apart from first conducted the written test after qualifying called for personal interview.

Apart from the written test question paper will be 300 marks of 3 hours duration which will be divided in to following two parts they include;..

• GENERAL KNOWLEDGE (DEGREE STD.) & GENERAL TAMIL / GENERAL ENGLISH.
• GENERAL TAMIL OR GENERAL ENGLISH

Both the parts will be of 150 marks and each containing 100 questions and for oral test will be of 40 marks and for this test syllabus is follow bellow;..

the group -2 syllabus are

This written exam TNPSC Group 2 CSSE 1 was conducted to fill up 6695 vacancies in various government departments of TN.

TNPSC Group 2 Selection Procedure :
