    What is the syllabus for RTO Exam after completing Mechanical Engineering? What is the selection criteria for the same? How to apply for it?

    Iím a final year student of Mechanical Engineering. I want to apply for RTO exams in Maharashtra. Can you tell me syllabus, selection criteria, how to apply for it?

    Syllabus of RTO:


    * English and a regional language Paper.
    * General knowledge Paper
    * Subjective question paper

    There are 3 Posts related to RTO :
    -->RTO judicial service post
    -->RTO clerkship post
    -->RTO sub assistant engineer post

    Eligibility criteria for RTO examination clerkship post

    * you Should be citizen of India.
    * you Should be atleast SSC(10+2) passed or equivalent
    * your Age should be between 18 years and 37 year .


    eligibility criteria for RTO examination sub assistant engineer

    * you Should be Indian citizen.
    * you Should be graduate in engineering like in civil, mechanical or in electrical.
    * your age should be Maximum age limit is 32 years .

    Eligibility criteria for RTO Examination Judicial service post

    * Your Age should be above 23 year old and should be below 34 years.
    *you should be a citizen of India.
    * You should be graduate in law from any recognized university.

    Selection criteria:


    * The selection is purely based on your performance in the RTO Exam.

    Hi there!
    You can apply for the "SUB ASSISTANT ENGINEER" post in RTO.
    Here the examination is conducted by UPSC(Union public service commission ).
    Various states requires personnels for these post at times and different examinations for different states are held at times.
    Following is the criteria for the said examination:
    >>You should be an Indian citizen.
    >>You should have B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil etc...
    >>Your age has to be in between 23 to 34.(relaxation as per government norms if you are in the reserved categories)

    The syllabus of the above examination contains following modules:
    1.Technical aptitude(according to your branch in Engineering)
    2.General Mathematics
    3.General English
