    the question will be of objects types with multiple answers,
    general awareness, language Hindi / general English, general arithmetic, Analytical and Quantitative skills.
    the question papers will be in English, Hindi, Urdu and local languages and duration of the examination will be 90 minutes with approximately 100 to 120 Questions.

    For RRB type enterance exams there is no perfectly defined syllabus though MOSTLY THE CONTAINS QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO ::

    • General awareness
    • Language english/hindi
    • Analytical and quantitative skills
    • General arithmatics.

    *RRB stands for Railway Recruitment Board
    *RRB will recruit in different categories like Loco pilot, Section Engineer, Signal Engineer, Goods Apprentices, Railway Police, TC, etc....
    *Notification and eligibility for is different for any exam
    *Generally exams will be conducted On month of JUNE, JULY
    *For SC,ST no fee required to apply.
    *Aptitude and general English are common for many exams. 10+2 mathematics is sufficient.

    RRB junior/section engineer:

    *Question paper pattern: Question will objective type wth multiple answers consisting of 150 questions.
    *With the time limit of 2 hours.

    Exam syllabus:

    *General awareness
    *General intelligence
    *Technical ability
    *Resoning ability


    *Arithmetic ability: Questions are asked from simplifications, number systems, time and distance, time and work, profit and loss, percentages, averages, compound interest, simple interest, geometry

    *General english:
    For this test English grammar read up to the level of 10th standard is sufficient. Studying Wren and Martin book and the exercises in this book should be practiced. More concentration should be given with regard to synonyms, antonyms, one word substitutions, prepositions, verbs, tenses, question tags, comprehension passages

    *Indian History: Ancient, middle age and modern history (Independence movement) of India.
    *Indian political system: Recent amendments in the constitution, newly amended salaries of the famous personalities, parliamentary committees.

    RRB stands for Railway Recruitment Board

    Question paper will be of objective type. 100 to 120 questions will be present. Test duration is 90 minutes. 1/3 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. There are four divisions in the question paper.

    RRB exam syllabus:

    1. General awareness
    2. General English/General Hindi
    3. Arithmetic
    4. Analytical and qualitative skills

    1. General awareness:
    General awareness plays a vital role in achieving the job through this test. More questions are likely to be from standard general knowledge and current affairs.

    2. General English:
    For this test English grammar read up to the level of 10th standard is sufficient. Studying Wren and Martin book and the exercises in this book should be practiced. More concentration should be given with regard to synonyms, antonyms, one word substitutions, prepositions, verbs, tenses, question tags, comprehension passages. Awareness should be improved in Verbs which are the life of the language.

    3. Arithmetic:
    Questions are asked from simplifications, number systems, time and distance, time and work, profit and loss, percentages, averages, compound interest, simple interest, geometry. BODMAS formula should be followed.

    4. Analytical and Quantitative skills
    You should provide your talent in the analysis, reasoning and numerical skills will be tested in this sector.

    RRB -- Railway Recruitment Board.




    This is a board which is responsible to conduct several entrance exams to recruit the eligible candidates into many Railway Posts.

    Various Posts and Vacancies under RRB 2012 are :

    Commercial Apprentice 317 jobs
    Traffic Apprentice 740 jobs
    ECRC 114 jobs
    Goods Guard 1768 jobs
    Junior Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist 791 jobs
    Senior Clerk-cum-Typist 441 jobs
    Assistant Station Master 2646 jobs
    Traffic Assistant 12 jobs

    Syllabus :

    (i) General English: Questions on General English are designed to test the candidate's correct usage of prepositions, words and phrases.

    (ii) Mathematics: Questions on Mathematics are designed to test accuracy in rapidity in working. These will mostly be questions in Arithmetic.

    (iii) General Knowledge: Candidates are expected to possess a broad knowledge of current events and matters of general interest, particularly relating to India, including Indian Railways.

    Scheme of Examination :

    If you application are received in time and considered eligible then you will be called for written test.

    The Written Test is of objective type in with respect to the educational standards and technical qualifications prescribed for the post, including English and or Hindi, Mathematics, General Knowledge and General Intelligence (as in the case of Non-Technical categories).

    The questions in Technical Ability are designed to check the candidate's technical ability from various Engineering aspects like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.

    Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is conducting the CWE (common written Exam), which is the written exam of objective type but for the several categories called Regional Rural Bank (RRB) Test. This exam will be conduct in the rural region to provide banking advantages to the surrounding.





    Age limit -


    The candidate must be above than the 18 years of age. some of banks may have changed procedure of their own as per requirement.



    Education Qualification -

    Any Graduation Degree from a Government recognized Institution . The candidate having the proficiency in local language are preferred for some posts in the IBPS CWE of Regional Rural Banks.
