    dear SBI stands for the state bank of India clerk exam which was conducted by the state bank of India.

    SBI 2013 paper pattern
    the questions will be in objective type with multiple choices .as per the new syllabus SBI will conduct 6 sections . they include
    • computer /marketing,
    • general awareness,
    • general English,
    • quantitative aptitude,
    • reasoning ability,
    the duration of the exam is 3 hours.
    eligibility criteria
    Firstly you are going to qualify the education qualification
    the minimum qualification required to qualify is 10+2 passed, if you are not passed the 10+2 than you have another option to qualify that you must have diploma full time to qualify .
    You must have 60% in your intermediate to qualify this examination .if you are belong to the any SC/ST/PWD/XS )castes than you have you get 50% of marks in your intermediate to qualify.
    Secondly you have to concentrate on your age limit.
    you must have 18-28 years as on December 2011, you must be very fluent in the written and English communication.
    You have some relaxation option ,here there is an list following the age relaxation
    • if you are belong to SC/ST castes than you have 5 years of age relaxation .
    • if you are belong to other backward castes (obc) castes than you have 3 years of age relaxation.
    • if you are belong to PWD (gen) castes than you have 10 years of age relaxation.
    • if you are belong to PWD (SC/ST) castes than you have 15 years of age relaxation.
    • if you are belong to PWD (OBC) castes than you have 13 years of age relaxation.
    If your local place is Kashmir in JAMMU& Kashmir period from 01-0-1-1980 to 31-12-1989 than you have 5 years of age relaxation.
    the syllabus for the CLERK exam is based on the 10+2 syllabus ,you may have different boards like
    • state,
    • ISE,
    • AND CBSE.
    the exam will be conducted in the month of January and the dates are still not yet released .

    ~~ PREVIOUS YEAR QUESTION PAPER OF SBI CLERK EXAM ~~

    If you have completed 10+2 with any stream from recognized board with above 60% marks then you are applicable for SBI CLERK Exam.

    OR

    Those candidate have completed Graduation from recognized university are applicable for SBI CLERK Exam.

    Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years old.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC candidate.

    In order to appear for the SBI Clerical exam you will require the following Eligibility.
    These are:-

    >>Your minimum age should be 18 years.
    >>Your minimum educational qualification should be Graduation pass out from any stream from the Recognized university.
    >>Your minimum percentage of marks in class 10+2 as well as in Graduation should be 60%.

    The syllabus of this exam is as follows:-

    >>Quantitative and Logical Reasoning.
    >>Numerical Aptitude and Data Interpretation.
    >>English Grammer.
    >>General awareness based on Indian Economy.
    >>Basics of Computer.

    There will be 50 questions from Each sections.Thus total numbers of Questions will be 250.
    Total time duration for this exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.

    SYLLABUS FOR SBI CLERK EXAM

    1) Test of Reasoning :
    This test would include questions of both verbal and non-verbal type. The test may include
    questions on analogies, similarities, differences, space visualization, problem solving,
    analysis, judgement, decision-making, visual memory, discrimination, observation,
    relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical
    number series, etc. The test will also include questions designed to test the candidate's
    abilities to deal with abstract ideas and symbols and their relationships, arithmetical
    computation and other analytical functions.

    2) Test of English Language :
    This is a test to see how well you know English. English language ability would be tested
    through questions on grammar, vocabulary, sentence completion, synonyms, antonyms,
    comprehension of a passage, etc.

    3) Test of Numerical Ability :
    Questions will be designed to test the ability of arithmetical computation of whole numbers,
    decimals 'and fractions and relationship between numbers. The questions would be based
    on arithmetical concepts and relationship between numbers and not on complicated
    arithmetical computations.

    4) Test of Clerical Aptitude :
    The questions in Clerical Aptitude will be set to test the candidate's perceptual accuracy and
    aptitude. This is the ability to notice similarities and difference between the pairs of names
    and numbers. Questions in Clerical Aptitude will also assess in addition to perceptual
    accuracy and aptitude, ability to handle office routine work like filing, abbreviating, indexing,
    etc.

    5) Descriptive Paper :
    It intends to measure your higher order cognitive abilities as comprehending the situations,
    etc., and also your language ability. It is a question paper-cum-answer sheet in Hindi and
    English and the Regional Language and you have to restrict your answers to the space
    provided on the answer-sheet. Use of supplements is not allowed. You have the option to
    answer 3 out of 4 questions either in Hindi or in English or in the Regional Language.

    SBI Stands for State Bank of India and it is conducted twice or once in a year . Information about SBI Banks :: This bank is the largest bank in India and Second Largest Bank in the World (Branch wise) . To apply for SBI Clerical , you must have a completed your intermediate(12th) exam of a recognized School or equivalent qualification . If you are completed 12th examination then you are eligible to apply for SBI Clerical Examination .

    SBI Clerical Syllabus :-

    Reasoning
    Quantitative Aptitude
    English Language
    General awareness
    Computer awareness / Marketing

    SBI Clerical Examination notification was already released 05/03/12 and Last date for receipt of application on 26/03/12 . The examination was held on 27/05/12 to 03/06/12 . After completing this examination SBI release the recruitment of clerical cadre in SBI Associate Banks of State Bank of India .

    SBI Clerical Associate Bank Exam dates :-

    ~~ Last date for receipt of application :- 13/08/12
    ~~ Date of written examination :- 07/10/12 To 14/10/12

    Eligibility Criteria for SBI Clerical :-

    ~~ You should have a minimum qualification of this examination is that applicant must have a Intermediate with any discipline from a recognized School or equivalent qualification and have a attained the minimum 60% aggregate marks for General candidates . 55% aggregate marks for reserved categories OR

    ~~ You should have a graduate degree with any discipline like Commerce / Science / Arts / Other Stream from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and there is no percentage bar required for this examination . Any discipline graduate can apply for this examination .

    ~~ You must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 28 years and Upper age limits is relaxation applicable for Government Norms .

    Syllabus for SBI clerk exam is as follows:
    [COLOR="rgb(75, 0, 130)"]Gerenral Awerness[/COLOR]: this would be around of 40 questions related to general Knowledge.
    [COLOR="rgb(75, 0, 130)"]English Language[/COLOR]: This secion also consist of 40 questions. Topics covered will be general grammer, Antonyms, synonyms comphrehension passage, vocabulary etc.
    [COLOR="rgb(75, 0, 130)"]Quantitative Aptitude[/COLOR]: this section also carries 40 questions.
    [COLOR="rgb(75, 0, 130)"]Reasoning Ability:[/COLOR] Carries 40 questions. This section will be based on problem solving and analytical skills.
    [COLOR="rgb(75, 0, 130)"]Computer knowledge[/COLOR]: carries 40 questions. Checks the knowledge in computer.

    State Bank of India Conducts the examinations for the selection of candidates in to the recruitments through conducting the written examination and the candidates who had qualified in the examination will be called for the final interview for the selection process..........

    SBI Clerk exam consists of the following subject:
    general awareness
    quantitative aptitude
    english
    reasoning ability
    computer knowledge and marketing aptitude

    Each test if of 50 marks and the total exam is of 250 marks.
    There are total 250 questions and each is of 1 mark.
