    unit 2:structure of proteins

    unit 3rotein isolation and purification

    unit 4: myoglobin and hemoglobin

    unit 5:enzymatic catalysis,kinetics of enzymatic reactions

    unit 6:enzyme mechanisms

    are the units according to lubert stryer's biochemistry
