    CS -- Company Secretary .




    As said earlier, there are 3 stages in CS , they are named as :

    i) Foundation Programme ,
    ii) Executive Programme ,
    iii) Professional Programme .

    Firstly you know about the Subject involving in this respective course then you can through the syllabus of this.

    Subjects :

    Initially there are 9 subjects in this course which are arranged into three groups of 3 papers of 100 marks each .

    CS: Final GROUP I

    Paper 1: Advanced Company Law & Practice [100 marks]
    Paper 2: Secretarial Practice Relating to Economic Laws and Drafting & Conveyancing [100 marks]
    Part A: Secretarial Practice Relating to Economic Laws (50 marks)
    Part B: Drafting and Conveyancing (50 Marks)
    Paper 3: Secretarial, Management and Systems Audit [100 marks]
    Part A: Secretarial Audit (40 Marks)
    Part B: Management Audit (40 Marks)
    Part C: Systems Audit (20 Marks)

    CS: Final GROUP II

    Paper 4: Financial, treasury and Forex management [100 marks]
    Paper 5: Corporate restructuring - Law and Practice [100 marks]
    Paper 6: Banking and insurance - Law and Practice [100 marks]
    Part A: Banking - Law and Practice (50 Marks)
    Part B: Insurance - Law and Practice (50 Marks)

    CS: Final GROUP III

    Paper 7: World Trade Organisation - International Trade, Joint Ventures & Foreign Collaborations [100 marks]
    Paper 8: Direct and Indirect Taxation - Law and Practice [100 marks]
    Part A: Direct Taxation - Law and Practice (40 Marks)
    Part B: Indirect Taxation - Law and Practice (60 Marks)
    Paper 9: Human resources management and industrial relations [100 marks]
    Part A: Human resources management (50 Marks)
    Part B: Industrial relations (50 Marks)

    There are 4 papers in CS Foundation Programme:

    4. Financial Accounting

    There are 6 papers divided into 2 Modules in CS Executive Programme:

    MODULE-1

    1. General and Commercial Laws
    2. Company Accounts, Cost and management Accounting
    3. Tax Laws

    MODULE-2

    1. Company Law
    2. Economic and Labour Laws
    3. Securities Laws and Compliances

    There are 8 papers devided into 4 Modules in CS Professional Programme:
