This is exam is conducted two times in a year. You are qualified for this exam if you already pass the graduation in any stream. CDAC is mainly organised by state governments. The pay scaled of these jobs are very good.There is a also a job security.

CDAC CET Entrance Exam is conducted every year for graduate level CDAC courses.
Candidate must be completed Any Engineering Degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology Electronics / Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science & Engineering.
MCA or M.Sc Computers with higher second class ( 55% and above ) in the final degree.

CDAC exam is conducted twice in a year. Mainly it held in the month of june and december.

All the graduate students of B.Tech/BE/BSC(hons) branch/PG level are eligible to apply for this examination. CDAC is mainly organised by state governments.

SYLLABUS OF CDAC EXAM-

Foundations of computing

Boolean Algebra, Number Systems, Computer arithmetic, Logic Gates, Multiplexers, Decoders,
Code Converters, Latches and Flip-flops, Counters, Shift-Registers.

Computer Organization & Architecture : CPU, Memory and IO access, Memory maps, Read-Write
operations, Programmed IO, Polled and Interrupt driven IO, DMA data transfer, static and
dynamic memory, Cache memory, Virtual memory.

Microprocessors (x86 architecture), Assembly Language Programming, instruction set and
addressing modes, Memory and I/O interfacing.

Operating System Concepts: Process, File, Memory, I/O Management; Batch Processing, Spooling, Multiprogramming, Multiprocessing, Time-sharing.

Basics of Data Communication, Switching, Multiplexing, Demultiplexing, Synchronous/Asynchronous Communication OSI and TCP/IP Protocol Suites, LAN Topologies and Protocols (Ethernet-CSMA/CD, Token Ring, Token bus protocols), WAN Protocols (HDLC, X.25, Frame Relay, ISDN).

C Programming Language & Data Structures

Constants, Data Types, Variables, Operators and Expressions,
Control Flow - if, if-else, switch, for & while statements, functions, Arrays and Pointers,
Structures and Unions, Input & Output in C, Preprocessor directives, Files, Bit wise operators & Bit-fields,
Algorithm analysis, Lists, Stacks Queues, Trees, Graphs, Searching and Sorting Algorithms, Object Oriented Programming Concepts

Aptitude Test -

The Aptitude Test is based on the GRE/GMAT pattern.
The questions is check your Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Ability and Vocabulary of the English Language.

In CDAC exam there are three parts A, B , C.
A and B part are compulsory for every diploma course u apply.

Cdac exam is held twice in a year In JANUARY and IN JUNE.
