There are a number of topics to be studied under Accountancy:
If you are referring to the course content of 11th and 12th standard, then they can be stated as follows:
    1)Original books of entry.
    2)Journals and ledgers
    3)Trial balance
    4)BRS(Bank Reconciliation Statement)
5)Accounts of partnership organizations, not for profit organizations, corporate entities, etc
    6)Financial accounts of companies,etc

If you are referring to the course of CA foundation, then i can assure you that the course content studied in 11th and 12th is almost the same, only some topics are to be studied separately for example rectification of errors, etc.
