In India, IAS is one of the most prominent Government serves which a graduate can apply for. In order to become an IAS one needs to appear in the Civil service exam. This exam is held every year by the UPSC, which is the sole controller of the exam. There are basically 3 steps involved in the IAS exam. First one is the CSAT. The eligibility of CSAT is that, a candidates need to have passed a bachelors degree in any subject from a recognized university or institution. As a b.com graduate you are eligible. Just make sure you are within the required age group. The UPSC has also not set any percentage requirements for the IAS exam.
