    hello,
ips stands for indian police service.it is good that you have already set your goal because now you will have ample time to prepare for the exam. choose any subject for your graduation and try to score good marks. divide your study time between your graduation studies and preparation for upsc exam. take tutorial help if necessary. the upsc exam is divided into two parts. first comes the preliminary exam. if you qualify you can appear for the mains held in the month of October. the final hurdle is an interview.

choose you subjects wisely.study mathematics, english, reasoning and aptitude and current affairs very well.

    good luck
