So, Dude complete your graduation after your 10th and 12th and then appear for the Civil Services examinations.........

These IAS recruitment is conducted by the UPSC selections which are done after the graduation in between the age limit of 21-30 years and graduate from any of the stream of study can appear for these civil services selections.

To have a career in Indian Administrative Services(IAS), You must have to possess an Professional degree respected to any stream you're interested i.e. B.COM,B.A,B.E,MBBS,BAMS,BHMS,BBA,BCA....etc.
But as you say that you are not interested in science so you can go for Commerce Stream in your 11th & 12th STD,which has punch of Both Maths and English and then take B.COM as Under graduation degree, and after successful completion of your 3year degree course you can appear for IAS exams hels by UPSC.
If you possess hard work and dedication towards Your Aim surely you'll succeed.
