    Hi friend,

    Well mine friend, To get eligible for this examination, you exactly need to do nothing, just keep passing all exams upto graduation.

    According to eligibility criteria of IPS, you just need to be graduate. you just need to have a proper studying time table.

    I am making one for you :

    >> Minimum daily study 6 hours at anycost.

    >> After studying you will have ample time so, in that time try to read Newspaper very seriously, specially Editorial.

    >> Reading editorial helps a lot by boosting GK for CSAT

    >> daily equally study all subjects

    >> Follow your coaching

    And you will become an IAS officer.

    Eligibility for Civil services :

    >> You must be graduate

    >> your age must lie in mid of 21 to 30.

    >> Maximum number of attempts allowed : 4

    **This exam conducted under the UPSC

    **Candidate must complete graduation

    **In graduation candidate must gain 50% marks

    **Must be an INDIAN citizen

    **Age must be 21-30 years for general candidates

    **For OBC candidates 21 to 33 years

    **For ST/SC candidates 21-35 years

    **IPS exam consist of 3 papers




    **General students will write this exam only 4 times

    **OBC candidates 7 times

    **ST/SC candidates has no limit

    IPS (Indian Police Services):
    This is one of the civil services which are offered by the UPSC that is the Union Public Services Commission this is one of the civil services which are offered and there are some eligibility criteria which are to be followed in order to appear for these civil services and some of the eligibility criteria you need to satisfy in order to appear for these Civil services that is the IPS officer are.......
    The IPS examination takes place in three levels of selection procedure and the selection procedure of the IPS officer contains of the
    *Preliminary Examination
    *Main examination
    These are the three services which are present for the selection procedure for the IPS or the civil services examinations.you need to qualify in all these sectors as after completion of all these sectors of work then only you can get in to the IPS services............

    In order to appear for these services you need to satisfy some of the eligibility criteria or the qualifications which are needed in order to appear for these services..........
    >>You must have attained the age of 21 years and must not exceed the age of 30 years
    >>Should have completed the graduation or the bachelor degree in any of the streams of study for being eligible for Civil services
    >>Should be the citizen of India
    >>There are also fixed number of attempts to be made which are to be fixed such as
    General Candidates-4
    SC/ST- no limit
    These are the qualifications needed to be satisfied..............

    In order to become IPS officer you need to give all these examinations perfectly and after getting qualified in the examinations you will be given the chance for the IPS officer

    You have not specify your current age or educational qualification so that we can provide you the clear picture related to your problems.

    However the necessary details for appearing in IPS EXAM is as follows:-

    >>This exam is conducted by UPSC each year.
    >>In Order to appear for this exam your minimum age should be 21 years.
    >>Your minimum educational qualification should be graduation pass out from any stream.
    >>Your minimum percentage of marks in graduation should be 50% but it is not mandatory.
    >>You degree must be recognized from the state university/central university.
    >>In case if you have completed your graduation from distance learning centers then in this case your degree must be approved.

    Selection process in this exam is as follows:-

    >>Preliminary exam.
    >>Mains exam.

    In this exam you will have to select:-
    >>One regional Language of India.
    >>One selective paper in which you are interested.
    >>One optional paper for Mains exam.

    The other sections from which questions will be asked are:-
    >>Indian History.
    >>Indian Climate and Condition.

    IPS exam is conducted by UPSC. There are some criteria you have to follow for appearing in IPS exam.This exam is conduct through Civil Service Exam .

    Those candidate have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized university are eligible for IPS exam.

    But your age should be in between 21-30years for general candidate.
    In IPS exam their is provide age relaxation for OBC candidate is 3years and for SC/ST candidate is 5 years.

    The maximum attempts for Sc/ST candidate is Unlimited. For OBC candidate it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years.
    Also you must be citizen of India.

    Physical criteria for IPS Exam:-

    • Height Male 165 cm Pahari Male (general also) & ST (not the SC/ OBC) 160 cm
      Female 150 cm Pahari Female (general also) & ST (not SC/ OBC)- 145 cm
    • Chest Male Minimum 84 cm. Expansion 5 cm.
      Female Min 79 cm expansion 5 cm.
    • Eye sight 6/6 or 6/9 distant vision for good eye. 6/12 or 6/9 for worst eye. Near vision J 1 for good eye. J2 for worst eye. High standard for the Colour-blind test. No inherent night blindness. Vision should stereoscopic.
    • Blood pressure (High) Age 23 123, age 24 124, age 25 122, age 28 124, age 30 125, age 32 126, age 34 127.
      Ladies should not be pregnant at the time of Medical Test.
    • Ear- good listening & normal ear cavity. 1000 to 4000 frequency hearing impairment shd not be more than 30 decibels.
    • Nasal- candidate should not stammer while speaking.

    I appreciate your aim to become a IPS officer as this one of the professional career options which is having a good opportunities and you will be having a nice future and this exam is comes under the civil services

    IPS examinations is conducted by the UPSC - Union Public Services Commission every year and his exam is written by almost all over the India for the selection process and there is a tough competition for this exam and you have to work hard to get IPS officer

    To apply for the IPS officer you need to clear some entrance exams and have to follow some eligibility conditions and there will be examination pattern for this exam and you have to clear all the exams to get in to the final interview

    Levels of Examination :-

    -Preliminary Examination

    -Main examination


    Eligibility criteria to become IPS officer:-

    --you must complete your graduation course

    --your age must be between 21 years -- 30 years

    --you must be a citizen of India

    Number of attempts:-

    -General Candidates-4


    -SC/ST- no limit

    So these are the eligibility conditions you have to follow to become a IPS officer and and you have to clear the examinations to get to the interview and preliminary exams are first exam and you have to clear that exam and this first stage of exam consists of the two papers and are the objective type paper pattern

    IPS stands for Indian Police service and to become IPS Officer you have to apply for the UPSC Civil services examination, this examination is conducted by UPSC, Every year in 2 stages, preliminary examination and main examination. Firstly you have to cracked the preliminary examination, only then you are eligible for Mains.

    Preliminary examination have two objective papers and you have to passes in each one of the paper, there is negative marking in the examination also. So please prepared for this examination as per the pattern and syllabus, only then you will get success in this examination.

    To apply for this examination, you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year appearing candidates are also eligible for this examination.

    You must have attained the age of 21 years and not more than 30 years to apply for civil services examination. Relaxation to upper age is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.

    The notification of this examination will be published in the employment newspaper or in the UPSC website in the month of February. Eligible candidates may fill the application form online only from the official website of UPSC.

    This year examination was already completed and if you are interested then you can apply for this examination next year. Notification will be published in February and examination is conducted in May and October.

    You have to choose the optional subject in the main examination, the list is available in the official website.

    IPS-Indian Police Service.

    IPS exam is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).

    Eligibility criteria:-

    Candidate should be complete graduation from a recognised university.

    The candidate must be an indian origin.

    No need of specific percentage restrictions.

    Educational Qualification :

    you must have Bachelor Degree .

    There is no percentage restriction.

    Age limit :
    21 years to 30 years.

    Age relaxation is given to reserved category candidates.

    The exam is conducted in three steps :
    Mains and Interview.

    The qualified candidate in all three section is to be selected for Jobs.

    For cracking the exam follow the tips :

    Prepare a proper schedule to study regulary.

    Do revision of subjects time to time.
