Which Degree Course is better after extc deplma

Hi aspirant,
Diploma provides the fundamental before joining any technical field
If want gain knowledge you can prefer degree.
But want a better job then there will be no difference
Because if you join now in any company, then after 3-4 years you must have been promoted to that level which you will get after degree.
So if the problem is carrier oriented then go for the job.
Have faith in yourself and you will gain what you want.
