->if you have completed your diploma in engineering then you can go for B.TECH in your field.
->or you can change your field in bachelor of technology instead of diploma.


->if you completed your diploma in nursing i.e.GNM.
->then you should go for B.Sc nursing and after it you can go for M.Sc.
->you can also go for some job.

After Diploma course you can't get good job. Diploma course is not a way to get any good job. After diploma you must have to do any degree course. You can do any graduation course through which you can get good job. After diploma you can do B.Tech, B.Sc, B.A. , B.Com , etc.
After diploma you become eligible to take admission in second year of B.Tech directly. You don't have to study first year of B.Tech. For this you have to appear in LEET (Lateral Entry Enguineering Test) through which depending on your rank you will be alloted college. There are various top colleges like NITs, PEC , DCE etc under this exam. This is the best course for you after diploma.

well friend, you should have mentioned what kind of diploma you have done and in which tyoe of trade. There are many kinds of diploma, like one for technical degree , one for some part time degrees like animation or fashion designing, etc

Hey dear Aspirant your question is quite Incomplete In Itself.You have not mentioned about here your diploma.Or you have not tell here that when you have completed your diploma, I mean to say that After which course you have done the diploma.
There are so many type of Diploma courses,Which one can done after his 10th/12th/Graduation.So there are three types of diploma courses One is After 10th another is after 12th and third is after graduation.
Since you have not mentioned here the detail of your qualification or Your's diploma Degree,then it is more difficult to guide you.But lateral entry is the good option for the Diploma holder's students.
Lateral entry means the direct admission In the Second year of college/university.Like if are of diploma holder in Engineering then you can get the Direct entry in the second year Course of engineering college.Or if you have completed your diploma after your graduation then you can get the Admission in Master course (Like MSC CS) in second year.

Diploma is a good course.
You should do degree course after your diploma.
Because due to lack of degree course you will not be allowed for examination which are held for government jobs .
