Take admission through LEET.
You can also do 1 year Post Diploma.

after completing diploma you can find a job. but having taken information technology as a major stream you cannot get job with so much ease.this is because IT industry always seeks for graduates from BE, MCA, M.Sc etc. so i would advice you to do a bachelors degree after completing your diploma course. the option is doing BE, apply for BE course through vocational in which you can get admission for BE with your diploma score. you can join in BE 2nd year directly so you can complete your graduation in 3years and after becoming BE graduate you can get job in top MNCs like TCS,CTS,Wipro,Infy etc as a software developer. this will set your career path in IT field.

yes you can join in NIIT institute to do courses of your choice. you can prefer some hardware related course when you are in diploma and aftre completing diploma with that certification you can find good jobs

well dear after completing diploma course of engineering you are are able to work in a company as a degree candidate do.

After diploma you may directly enrolled for a degree course of same branch in NIIT througg lateral entry through exams.

You must do B.Tech and you can take admission directly through Lateral Entrance Examination.The courses for Diploma background are:- C ,C++ ,JAVA ,ORACLE .

After diploma one best option is engineering.You can get admission in engineering college.You can get direct admission in engineering college.You can get any govt. college or private college.It based on your percentage in diploma.So you should choose engineering after diploma.Its the best field and there is so much scope after engineering.You can get a good job in IT sector.You should have knowledge about computer field.
If you want to do any course than you can do short term course from NIIT.
NIIT one of the best institute for a short trem course.
