To enter MBA you need to clear entrance exams like CAT/ MAT/ XAT etc. As you are in second year you already have time in your hand to prepare for these exams. More importantly these exam requires you time management which is only possible uf you star preparing right now. Door of IIMs and other top B schools can only be opened via CAT. And this is a very competitive exam not because that question paper is tough but only because that time is the vital key.
Apart from these if you had maths at your 10+2 level then MCA may be an option.
But i will suggest you to stick with MBA entrances. Because for you it will be on the context of your knowledge still now.

You are only in the first year year of your BBA course and right from now
you are worried about your future studies. My friend , focus and concentrate
on what you have in hand.From second year onwards you can definitely think about
future studies. After you compleate your BBA course , you will have limited
opportunities in the corporate world. As most of the companies don't want to play
bet on freshers.Also with the growing number of MBA's in our country most of the
companies recruit MBA's even for the post of Management trainees. Still you have fair
chances of being recruited as a Management trainee in some company if you perform well
in your degree course. But i would advice you to go for a MBA course as it will help
you in getting more exposure and skills which is required in the corporate world.
Further more in your BBA course you will learn about all aspects of buisness a little.
But in MBA you can for a specialisation in your field of intrest like Finance, Human
Resource, Sales and Marketing, Operations management etc.

The minimum eligibility for MBA is you have to completion your Graduation from any recognized university.

If you are interested in MBA then you have to write the different entrance exams like CAT/MAT/XAT/ICET/TANCET etc...If you are interested in MBA then you have to crack the one of the exam.
