It would be much better if you get placed through campus placement.Because the job which you will get through walkins will not offer you much.It would be best that you do MCA which is in most place it is consider to be eqivalent to B.tech and the salary which will be offered to you would be satisfying. Try to do MCA from regular course and not through distance learning that ignou or sikkim manipal offers. A good institute play a important role in shaping student career.
So the point is sit for campus placement in your college if get selected its well and good and if not try giving few walkins few good company do offer satisfying salary. Company like wipro conducts offcampus for B.SC and BCA candidate if you get selected its excellent otherwise you can choose to whith MCA.

After completing BCA its better to go for MCA.Although you have a option of MBA,its better to go for MCA rather than MBA as the number of MBA graduates are in rise each year and the demand is thus decreasing.

So its better to go for MCA although it is 3 years course.To get in to MCA you should have completed Bachelors degree in computers or any such related courses with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized university and you need to clear the entrance exams.

You can do a job after completing your BCA degree.
There are many jobs available in government and private sector for BCA students.
Salary provides only depends knowledge or communication skills and key skill,if you have passed.
BCA,According to my idiology salary provides for BCA candidates approximately 15k to 20k per month.
For fresher students ,Obviously you can expect fat salary after completed MCA students approximate 25k to 35k per month.
you are qualifying the many examination,you will have to apply the software company.

MCA is a master degree course.
To be eligible you should have pass in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10 + 2 level or should have pass in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the main subjects.
