You have different career avenues after completing B.Sc Genetics. If you are interested you can pursue M.Sc Genetics. This will enhance your career avenues within the same field. You can apply for jobs mainly in research organisations, medical and pharmaceutical companies, agricultural firms, bio technology industries etc. You can also get in to academics. You can attend the NET exam conducted by UGC to apply for positions of lecturers in reputed government colleges or universities. MBA is also a good option after completing B.Sc genetics. This will help you to build your career in the management field.
