    Hello friend,
After completing your 10+2 you shall be eligible to appear for clerical bank jobs but these jobs do not have a good pay and the next higher post in bank sectors shall be probationary officers where you shall be trained under a given process and continue working for it till you gain an experience after a given period of experience you can proceed to higher job cadres available in specific bank thereby getting a permanent job with a given limited tenure.

So for you to apply for PO jobs in bank sectors continue your studies and obtain a graduate degree in any specialisation of your own intrest and after gaining the degree with a minimum aggregate of 60% apply for the PO entrance exam, clear it and succeed in life.

    Good luck!!!

Re: What should I do after 12th if I want to get higher range posts in Banks?

You need to do at least a degree to get high cadre of bank posts. If you have at least degree with good percent then you can apply for the bank PO posts.

PO stands for Probationary Officers and one of the high cadres in banks. PO's involve in the bank major assets calculations, data entries of the clients, and they check the ledgers, bank overall profits etc.

And for PO's computer knowledge is a must. You also should have good typing skills.

You also have many more bank jobs like IT officers, marketing officers etc in banking industry beyond the PO jobs. First of all I will give you the PO eligibility and I will go for the remaining job posts beyond the PO's.

You should have a degree(Without backlogs),which is recognized by government of India

Your age must be between 20-30 years for general category
    - For SC/ST it is 5 years relaxation
    - For BC relaxation set as 3 years.
    - For the PH candidates 10 years and ex-service-men 5years.

Various bank posts (high cadres) in the banks are :
    • Assistant bank manager
    • Bank customer service
    • Bank executive
    • Bank help desk
    • Bank manager
    • Banking sales
    • Branch manager
    • Chairman
    • Chief Manager
    • Deputy Manager
    • Loan Consultant
    • Loan Officers
    • Manager
    • Managing director

    For IT officers
Age should be between 20 to 35years.
You should have a degree or PG with 60%

Re: What should I do after 12th if I want to get higher range posts in Banks?

Bank probationary officers and PO stands for one of the top workers. PO Bank assets calculation, customer data entries, and to check the accounts, the overall profit the bank, etc.
And PO is a must for computer knowledge. You must have good typing skills. You have too many more IT executives, marketing executives, etc., beyond jobs in the banking industry as a bank PO jobs. Commerce should be studied in two. Full-based mathematics, accounts, banking, etc., in group 2 after the commerce jobs you must be a bank can study B.Com.

In a study, you can go to a bank to write the exam. It also give you more opportunities in the jobs bank. Refer to books. After studying B.Com CA can you be posting a high bank. CA is very difficult to study and test. period is an experience. , it is clear the banks of the successful life.why you think about everything you expect slight decreases in the level of competition .
