Candidates can register for CA CPT after 10th class. But, CA CPT exam can be attended only after studying 12th class. So, first try to pass HSC course so as to do CA. Candidates need to prepare on subjects like basic accounting, business communication, business statistics, economics etc for CPT. IPCC is the next level which can attended after CPT. This level also involves article ship training and IT training. Last level of CA course can be joined only on qualifying the above mentioned levels. Log in to ICAI site to get details about this exam.

    hello friend,

*) it is simple. take commerce as your stream in 11th standard.

*) the basic in 11th and 12th commerce will help you to get in CA.

*) CA is good choice. but, you should give more hard work to success. to enter in good college for CA, secure good marks in 12th standard.

all the best for your future.

Re: What should I do after 10th to become a Chartered Accountant?

    Hello,

To become Chartered Accountant you need to compelete your Intermediate .

CA is professional course conducted by ICAI .

Every stream students can apply for this course , after 12th and gradaution also.

    CA conducts three level exams:

    1. Common Proficiency Test / CPT

    2. Integrated Professional Competence Course./ IPCC

    3. Final Course.

You first need to register in CPT ,because it is entry level test .

After passing CPT register for IPCC , remember only qualifying candidates are allowed for IPCC .

And Graduate candidates who have scored good marks directly enter in IPCC .
For Commerce Graduate need 55% must and
Non Commerce need 60% must to take direct admission in IPCC:

After that Final course with Artificalship Training.

Then you are ready for Complete CA.

    Thank you.
