What is the scope and salary for a MBA fresher in HR from Sikkim Manipal University? How can I uplift myself? What should I study further to compete in the job market?

I m doing MBA from Sikkim Manipal University in HR. I want to know the Scope of HR and salary package for fresher in HR. I have cleared my both semisters with good marks, 3rd and 4th semisters are remaning. How can i uplift myself, what more study do i need to compete in the market.
