IN INDIA, NANOTCHNOLOGY IS AT ITS INFANCY STAGE AND IS TARGETED TOWARDS THE MAIN STREAMS LIKE ELECTRONICS, HEALTHCARE MARKETS, AND OTHER INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS. MANY SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTIONS HAVE BEEN DOING RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT(R AND D) IN THIS FIELD. THE SCOPE AND APPLICATION OF NANOTECHNOLOGY IS TREMENDOUS AND MIND-BOGGLING AND IT IS ONE OF THE HOTTEST CAREER OPTION AVAILABLE TO INDIAN ENGINEERING GRADUATES. IT IS AN APT CAREER FOR THOSE WHO HAVE A SCIENTIFIC BENT OF MIND AND A PASSSION FOR SOLVING MYSTERIES OF THE MINUTEST MOLECULES. STUDENTS WITH A SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING BACKGROUND AND EVEN MATHEMATICS WITH PHYSICS BACKGROUND CAN PURSUE NANOTCHNOLOGY AS A CAREER. CANDIDATES WITH M.TECH IN NANOTECHNOLOGY ARE IN GREAT DEMAND BOTH IN INDIA AND ABROAD.

    Hello dear,
It is excellent that you are thinking about nanotechnology. This is a genre that is still in its infancy. If proper research is done in this genre, then you will see that there will be a huge boom in this genre, whether it is newer jobs, whether it is newer research and information or whether it is newer discoveries. I do not know which genre you have done your graduation in. But be it any genre, if only it is from the science
arena and does not involve biology, then only you can study M.Sc. in Nanotechnology. When you study nanotechnology in M.Sc. course you will get a flavor of nanotechnology influence in many science genres.
This will be a hugely informative and career revolving course for you. Later on you can continue research in this subject. So think about it.
