    Hi,
If you choose PCMB in your 11th and complete your 12th with same combination then you will have wider options to choose after your 12th.
You can take B.Sc in any of the combinations you want and then do M.Sc if you are interested. You can opt for Engineering in any of the branches like CS,EC,IS,Mechanical,Civil,EE etc....by writing engineering entrance exams like AIEEE,IIT-JEEE.You can do BBA and if you are interestedin computers you can do BCA and then MCA.You can opt for animations or Fashion designing.
    All the Best

Re: What is the scope if I choose PCMB in 11th standard? Provide me tips for preparation of board exams?

It is considered one of the deadliest combination of 11th. I don't want to scare you but it requires a lot of hard work and concentration.
Since for most of the students PCM in itself is a very difficult branch(though it is not) and along with it if you opt for biology then it shows that you are really confident abvout yourself.

I am saying this because PCM requires intellectual mind. It does not require memorizing of theory. On the other hand biology is all about memorizing things. You have known this fact earlier in 10th.
but if you opt for this combination, there many streams open up for you. Both of medical and non- medical field. So you will have a wide range of options to choose from

Options in medical field after 12th-

Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery(BUMS)
    B.A.M.S
    B.M.R.Sc
    B.P.Th
    B.Sc(Nursing)
    B.sc optometry
    B.sc. (Hons) medical Technology
    B.sc.(Hons) opthalmic Technology
    Bachelor of Dental Surgery
    Bachelor of Pharmacy
    Bachelor of Physician Theraphy
    Diploma in Clinical Research

Options in Non.Medical field after 12th-
    B.tech is in fashion nowadays.
It has become the favorite degree for science students(PCM) who want to get a job after graduation. Regarding the 'best' colleges for engineering students, what is better than an IIT, but as we all know its a bit less easier to get into IITs.

There are also other colleges and universities which are well established and provide b.tech degree. Some of them are-
    ~VIT
    ~BITS
    ~IP University
    ~NIIT's
    and there are many more.

Its better to take in a govt. college, because from there you are more likely to get a job. Private colleges also provide jobs, but there you have to put extra efforts.
