Yes you are eligible to pursue this course even at the age of 39.The reason being that there is no such age limit criterion which has to be satisfied in
order to appear for this exam.Basically this exam is conducted by ICWAI(Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India) .This is an exam designed in the form of
a course which can enable you to become a cost accountant.The responsibilities of a cost accountant are that he has to insure that the cost records
of the organisation are prepared and presented properly.There are many such organisations who are compulsorily required to prepare their
cost accounts under the orders issued by the central government.No, you would not need an auditor to guide you.The course fee would be around
20000 to 30000 rupees.

Intermediate course::

Eligibility :

You must have passed ICWA Foundation or have done graduation in any discipline

Final course.

You must have have passed Intermediate Examination
