Information technology is having a real good scope presently. After B. Tech you have options of M.Tech or MBA in IT. You can get into any company for the jobs also to work as IT professionals.

Hii.friend .There is no good scope for the IT in B.TECh now a days .No one is willing to take B.TECh (IT) in any university due to there is no scope in the field in the IT industry.
Many IT companies are not recruiting the candidates with the background of IT.And They are sending home too.
So, My advice is to take a better course which have a good scope in future they are many ever fields are there like CIVIl,EEE,ECE .
If you got up with those courses you can definitely have a great scope in future..All The Best...
