Computer Science stream is one such academic field wherein right after it's completion by a students it potents the student to become able to work.
After a bachelor degree in the same may give the student an above average job in IT organizations.

Many IT organization are providing thousands of job to computer science and IT graduates with a standard pay range of 3 or 3.25 K per annum.

But in my opinion, it's always better to pursue further education, like completing one's masters in the same field so as to secure a more qualitative job.
There would be many better options at your disposal and hopefully with better pay packages.
You may either continue with the technical academic subjects or can go for the management side of your subject.
Hence, I would suggest you to go for M.Sc in computer science.

    Hello friend!

B.Sc in Computer Science is a under graduate course related to the Information Technology therefore the job opportunity after completing B.Sc are mainly in the IT sector. The IT sector in India is expanding rapidly therefore there is always requirement of under graduates in the Computer Science course in the following fields by the top IT companies in India:

    System integrator

    Hardware Designer

    Logic Designer

    Systems Analyst

    System Administrator

    Computer programmer

    Computer Scientist

As regard to your question about which is better M.Sc in Computer Science or MCA. As per the industry trend there is more requirement for the MCA candidates in IT industry comparing to M.Sc in Computer Science. However this does not mean that you should not consider M.Sc in Computer Science.

    goodluck!
