Dear friend,
If you want to become a pilot then you have to appear for CDSE exam conducted by UPSC two times a year.

You have to fill Air-force as first choice to become a pilot,you can also apply for Army,Navy also through same form.

Eligibility for CDSE:
1.YOu should be a Indian citizen.

2.You should be unmarrried.

3.For airforce and navy-graduation degree with maths and physics or engg. degree(min 60%).But for army-any graduate degree(min.50%)
and for Air-force you should have studied science subjects in 11th-12th class.

4.Age should be between 19-24 yrs. for army(For IMA)19-25 for OTA,19-23 for air force.

After clearing the exam you will be called for training in Air-force academy in Allahabad.

Procedure for CDS:
1. Three written exams one is of maths,one is of english,one is of general awareness.
You have to clear the exam


2.After that you will be called for SSB,its a process of 5 days.

3.Medical test for 5 days.

4.Merit list

Pattern of CDS exam is follows:

There will be three objective question papers of 100 marks each.
1.English.
2.General Knowledge.
3.Mathematics.

Important Dates:

Notification:August and March.
Exam:February and August.

combined defence services exam is a national level exam conduce by the UPSC twice a year for the entry into the Indian defence services. The main wings that it covers include the army, airforce and the navy mainly in the following divisions or the academies:
*Indian military academy
*Indian naval academy
*Indian airforce acdemy
*Indian officers training academy
*Indian officers training academy for the women (non technical entry SSC)

To be eligible for the Indian Airforce Academy wing you have to fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
*you have to be an Indian national
*you have to be a male unmarried candidate and cannot marry in between the training
*you must be born not earlier than 2nd july 1989 and not later than 1st july 1993
*you must be graduate in any discipline with physics and mathematics as one of the main subjects in the 10+2 or you must be a bachelor of engineering.


The notification for the exam has already come and the last date to apply online only is 28th november 2011 and the exam will be conducted in the month of february.

CDS exam is a national level exam conducted by UPSC(union public service commission).

Some of the requirements for CDSE are :


- Candidate must be in good Physical and Mental health.

- He should be aCitizen of India.

- candidate should be unmarried.

Eligibility criteria for CDS exam :

For Air Force academy:

The candidate must be having a degree from a recognized university with Mathematics and Physics as subjects at 10+2 Level.

For Naval Academy: Bachelor of engineering degree or a B.Sc in Mathematics and Physics.

For Indian Military training academy: degree from a recognized university.

EXAM PATTERN :

exam consists of
- general knowledge
-mathematics and
- english

Each section has 100 marks.

this exam is conducted in february and august every year.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
For Air Force Academy : Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Graduates with first choice as Army/Navy/Air Force are to submit proof of graduation provisional certificates on the date of commencement of the SSB Interview at the SSB.
Age limits, sex and marital status:
For Air Force Academy-Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1990 and not later than 1st January, 1994 only are eligible.

C.D.S.E i.e Combined Defence Service Examination.

Eligibility Criteria for Air force :-

>>>>You must be citizen of India

>>>>You must hold graduate degree in any stream OR Engineering in any stream from a recognized University.

>>>>You must have attained the age of 19 years and must not attained the age of 23 year at the time of appearing.

>>>>Final year of degree can also apply for this examination but pre-final year of degree are not eligible to apply.

>>>>You must have a completed 12th examination with physics and Mathematics in your examination.

Notification was already released and last date for receipt of application was already closed.

The examination will be held on 12/02/12.

This examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year the notification like C.D.S I and C.D.S II.
