Eligibility Criteria For LLB (Bachelor of Law) In University of Delhi

Qualification:-

(a) You should have a Graduate / Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognised as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them are eligible.

(b) The candidates belonging to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe should have a Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi.

(c) Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates is allowed to the candidates belonging to the CW category.

(d) Relaxation of upto 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates is allowed to the candidates belonging to the PH category

Minimum age requirement is 20 years.

Graduate or Post graduate can apply for LLB course in Delhi University. A minimum of 50% marks is compulsory to apply for this course. But for SC candidates only a graduation or post graduation from a recognized institute is required. Only pass marks are required by SC candidates to apply for LLB in Delhi University. Candidates should appear in common entrance examination to apply for LLB course. This entrance exam will include questions from subject areas such as Language and Comprehension, Analytical Ability, General Awareness, Legal aptitude etc. Candidates need to qualify in entrance exam to get admission for this course.
